Cobblers Lofts achieved a milestone for the city of Milwaukee. Being the first and only large-scale residential condominium development West of the Milwaukee River, Cobblers Lofts was and extraordinary success. Consisting of 56 residential condominiums, this adaptive re-use project converted a historic shoe factory into a unique urban community.

This project was a fitting addition to the historic community that is currently undergoing an unprecedented revitalization. The close proximity to downtown Milwaukee and the entertainment district along Water Street, offered unseen opportunity for Milwaukee residents to invest in unique homes in a burgeoning community.
